PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPMENTS MAY HAVE DELAYS!!!

 

 

All orders are processed and ready to be shipped within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise. Once processed your order will ship out and tracking info will be provided.

 

  • To ensure that your package is properly delivered please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
  • Please add the appropriate abbreviations and/or apt numbers, suites, etc. If you realize you made an error in your address please contact us via email ASAP.
  • We will try our best to make the change if unable to do so we are not responsible for the error.
  • If your item is returned we will be happy to ship it back out to correct address at customer’s expense.  

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even on returned orders. If you refuse any shipments you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us (if this permits). This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We are not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages. 

 

If your USPS tracking shows delivered and you have not received your order, you must contact USPS directly.
